Step II: Prepare all the required academic documents i.e O’Level for Certificate Courses, both O’Level and A’Level , Certificate in Medical Course from a reputable training institution for Diploma courses.
Step III: Pay a non-refundable application fee of UGx 65,000 which includes bank charges to the bank to the bank details provided below.

Step IV: Scan your deposit slip and your academic documents as a single PDF file.
Step V: Label the scanned documents e.g Bank slip, UCE result slip, UACE result slip and Nursing Certificate, Bank deposit slip.
Step VI: Click on appropriate application form to download.
Step VII: Fill in the form, scan it and upload with required documents, correctly following instructions in steps above. Send to info@fortportalcohes.ac.ug or bring filled form to the college. Once you have submitted your application, keep checking the institution by email or visiting the insititution for admission list.
